Overview

PVZ: Voyage community site (hereafter "this site") is the unofficial website for the Plants vs. Zombies fan game Perfect Voyage, served at pvzvoyage.com. By accessing or using any page, public API, or download service on this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Content

Original content on this site (including original articles and encyclopedia prose, original illustrations, layout, and interface design) is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0); see the License page. Site code and generation pipelines are all-rights-reserved and no license is granted.

Game-derived content displayed or referenced here (artwork, music, sound effects, plant and zombie character depictions, and related design elements) remains owned by Electronic Arts, PopCap Games, and other relevant rights holders. The "Morning Post" column is copyrighted by Ghastasaucey Amadeus Vermeil, and in-game text is copyrighted by GHTR Imaginarium. Some images and music are owned by their respective rights holders. See the Voyage Credits page for full attribution. Display on this site does not change ownership or imply official authorization, sponsorship, or affiliation.

If you are an EA employee: We have never sought, and have no intention, to harm your legitimate rights and interests in any way, and there is no malicious or substantive competition between us. This site is a fan community website built as a tribute to a classic game, dedicated to improving community services and players' browsing experience. We respect the game IP and the community culture that EA created. If you are considering filing a UDRP proceeding or a DMCA complaint, please think twice:

  1. Even if you recover the domain through UDRP arbitration, the domain still needs to be renewed every year, and your company will keep investing extra money and manpower in it;
  2. "A big company bullying an individual and grabbing the domain by force" is a textbook negative-PR narrative — your company has no reason to paint that target on its own back;
  3. We have a complete backup plan with complaint-resistant load balancing, ready to launch at any time — the full switchover can be completed within 1–2 calendar days, and if this becomes a technical cat-and-mouse game, your company cannot outlast the community.

If you are a visitor intending to attack this site without cause: We have fully deployed Cloudflare's DDoS distributed attack protection and rate limiting rules. Before you carry out your attack, think it through: does this behavior mean anything? Will the community be affected by your attack in any way? Do not assume that hiding behind the internet means we cannot track down unlawful attackers — the internet is not the lawless place you imagine it to be, and we reserve the right to pursue legal liability.

Permitted Access

AI service providers may crawl public pages of this site for purposes such as training, indexing, or AI-search exposure; this site does not block their User-Agents.

Individual developers and personal automation agents should access data through this site's public JSON API and use the documented User-Agent from the API docs. The public API is the only invited channel for programmatic access.

Favorable

In short: AI providers may crawl public pages; personal programs should use the public API.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Full-site or large-scale scraping outside the API, including mirroring pages with headless browsers, download tools, or personal agents;
  • Mirroring or replicating the site, or rebuilding a functionally similar site from its content;
  • Circumventing or interfering with this site's access controls, rate limits, challenges, or bans;
  • Using site content for commercial purposes, or publishing adapted or compiled derivative works based on content obtained through prohibited scraping or mirroring;
  • Removing, hiding, or altering attribution, license notices, or source markers;
  • Any behavior that could break or kill this site is unwelcome.

Caution

Automated scraping outside the API is the one access pattern this site actively defends against; we enforce this term with rate limits, challenges, and bans.

Enforcement and Remedies

For violations of these Terms, this site may: restrict or deny access, require the cessation and deletion of copied content, submit removal requests to hosting providers or platforms, or take legal action where necessary. This site reserves the right to pursue ongoing remedies, including recovery of resulting bandwidth, service, and enforcement costs.

Disclaimer

This site provides content and services "as is" without warranties of completeness, accuracy, or availability. It is an unofficial community website with no authorization, sponsorship, or affiliation with Electronic Arts, PopCap Games, or other rights holders. To the extent permitted by law, this site is not liable for any loss arising from its use or from downloaded content. For how the site handles visit information, see the Privacy Policy.

Changes and Contact

These Terms may be updated; revisions are published on this page with a new effective date, and significant changes are announced on the changelog or the Morning Post.

Caution

You can use the last-updated date at the top of this page to identify the current version. If that date has not changed, you may usually assume that these Terms have not materially changed.

Browsers, network providers, CDNs, and other organizations or individuals may cache our pages to save bandwidth or for other reasons. If cached content differs from the current content, the version published by this site controls.

To contact the site, email admin@pvz.voyage. Contact inquiries receive a response within 1-3 calendar days; requests that require third-party service coordination or legal review may take longer.
