Exclusions and Third-Party Ownership
The license above does not apply to the following, which remain owned by their respective rights holders:
- Game-derived artwork, music, sound effects, character depictions, and related design elements: Electronic Arts, PopCap Games, and other relevant rights holders;
- The "Morning Post" column: Ghastasaucey Amadeus Vermeil;
- In-game text: GHTR Imaginarium;
- Other images and music: their respective rights holders.

Rights holders or authorized content providers may email admin@pvz.voyage to submit a copyright complaint, a content removal request, or evidence of authorization for verification. Such requests typically receive a response within 1-3 calendar days; requests that require third-party service coordination or legal review may take longer.
